No. We do a full data backup before migration, validate all records post-import, and keep Bullhorn in read-only mode for 30 days as a backup.
Can we migrate mid-month?
Yes, but we recommend end-of-month for cleaner accounting. We've done emergency mid-month migrations—no problem.
Do we need to pause recruiting during migration?
No. We run both systems in parallel for 2 weeks, then cut over on a Sunday evening. Zero downtime.
What if our Bullhorn setup is complex?
We handle most custom fields, integrations, and workflows. If you have highly unusual setups, we scope it separately—but haven't hit a blocker yet.
